Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year from the Busan District Court to a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, the National Health Insurance Act, and the Resident Registration Act, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 16, 2016.

On January 11, 2012, at around 17:20, the Defendant sent bank services to the automatic payment machine C located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, the Defendant discovered that at that time, the victim D (38 taxes, south) was 50,000 won in cash that was withdrawn from the automatic payment machine.

Defendant shall not take 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim during the said cash payment period as his hand.
