A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Each applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On November 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the crime of embezzlement, fraud, and violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business at the Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the astronomical Prison on January 9, 2016.

In addition, from this point to May 21, 2017, the Defendant stolen eight copies of the credit card and physical card owned by the victims in the above manner, such as the first list of crimes in the attached Table 1.

B. On April 28, 2017, at around 10:33, the Defendant attempted to steal cash against the will of the manager of the victim’s cash payment deadline by applying for cash services to the automatic payment deadline using the G credit card acquired under the name as described in the following paragraph (2), but did not constitute an error in password.

In addition, the Defendant attempted to steals cash at the automatic payment period using G credit cards in the aforementioned manner seven times, such as in the list No. 3 of the daily list of crimes attached to attached Table 2 of the same day, but did not bring about an error in password and refusal to approve a credit card company.

2. From January 31, 2017 to around 13:30 to around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered a new hybrid credit card that the victim H lost in the vice bank near the Seocheon-si river; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the victim to the victim, during the period from January 31, 2017.

In addition, the defendant, from this point to April 28, 2017, is above five times as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 3.
