A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. After the first traffic accident, the Defendant, at around March 21, 2013, driven a Cobserver car on the front side of the CY in the CYM on March 17, 2013, led to a two-lane of a two-lane road between the plant and the plant of the Papum Culture and Arts Center.
Since there is a two-lane road, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by properly manipulating the front section and the right and the right of the driver of the vehicle, and properly manipulating the steering and brakes.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went in the same direction by negligence, and was driven by the victim D(the age of 36) who was in the same direction as the traffic signal, and received the part behind the ES5 car in front of the observer car.
In addition, due to the shock, the front part of the above SM5 car driven by the victim FF(34 years old), the front part of the G car was driven by the victim FF(34 years old), and the front part of the said G5 cab driven by the victim H(64 years old) was facing a chain of chain.
Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by the foregoing accident, inflicted injury on the victim F, such as salt, tensions, and so on; (b) inflicted injury on the victim H, clife, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (c) inflicted injury on the victim J (19 years of age) who is the passenger of the said K5 taxi vehicle; and (d) at the same time, upon the victim J (19 years of age) who is the passenger of the said K5 taxi vehicle, suffered each injury on the part of the knife, such as the knife, in need of medical treatment for about two weeks; and (c) at the same time, clife vehicle is equivalent to KRW 1,864,174 of the repair cost; and (d) clife vehicle is equivalent to KRW 818,539,065 of the repair cost; and (d) escaped without immediately stopping the said k5 taxi to provide relief to the victim.
2. On March 17, 2013, the Defendant committed the second traffic accident after the occurrence of a traffic accident, such as paragraph (1), on the roads in front of the people's hall located in the Southern East-si around 17, 2013.
