Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:20 on August 31, 2014, the Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting the F’s left speed one time on a drinking house, when the police officer belonging to the E Zone of the Ansanan Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report 112, was urged to return home.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.

2. At around 04:35 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender committing an obstruction of performance of official duties at the same place; and (b) caused defects in boarding the E District 22 patrol units affiliated with the E District 22 patrol units; and (c) walking the back windows of the E District her beam at several times.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the patrol car, which is an object used by public offices, to cover KRW 420,128.
