Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has obtained the nationality of the Republic of Korea from the Republic of Korea in Bangladesh.

At around 04:20 on July 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) called D- way in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, on the ground that the Defendant would visit the scene after receiving a report of assault and take the person in charge of the investigation of the instant case into the patrol vehicle; (b) stated that the Defendant “Fuk Yu” was “Fuu” to the head F (the age of 29) belonging to the Yongsan Police Station E-gu, Yongsan Police Station E-gu, and caused the Defendant’s lawful performance of official duties by the police officer for criminal investigation by putting the sick F’s chest and shoulder on the front floor of the above police station.
