Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 2623" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 29, 2018, around 20:15, the Defendant: (a) purchased and divided psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Meaks (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”); (b) issued KRW 350,000 in cash to C; and (c) received approximately 0.35g of Melopon purchased from non-stopon.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to sell and purchase phiphones.

2. On March 29, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophonephones purchased in front of the city of Busan, as described in paragraph 1(a) at night on March 29, 2018, in a manner of dilution with water and dilution with a disposable injection device on his/her own with a disposable injection device.

3. On April 2, 2018, at around 21:02, the Defendant: (a) purchased a penphone with C at a non-place located in the main base of the Busan Seo-gu, Busan; and (b) received KRW 150,000 in cash from C; and (c) received approximately 0.12gg of a penphone purchased from C with non-surphones.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to sell and purchase phiphones.

4. At around 18:00 on September 28, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones purchased from G parking lot located in Busan Northern-gu, as described in paragraph 2, in a manner that diversculous dilutions into water and puts injection into his/her left arms with a single-use injection device.

5. On February 15, 2019, around 22:35, the Defendant included approximately 0.07 grams of Metepoptyes (i.e., one-time “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”) in a single-use injection instrument, and then injected into the Defendant’s arms.

6. On February 16, 2019, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.07 grams in the apartment house K located in the north-gu in Busan Metropolitan City, in a single-use diversing machine; (b) injected the Defendant’s arms into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
