A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around May 25, 2018, the Defendant searched “A” from the Defendant’s office of the Defendant of the building B in Busan Northern-gu to the Internet homepage and searched the “A” on a mobile phone, and purchased approximately 00,000,000,000 from the B bank account in the name of H located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, to the G bank account in the name of H, and around 22:00 on May 29, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.09,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, which was placed in the post office located in Busan-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul-gu, to sell psychotropic drugs.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 23:00 on May 30, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones purchased from the Defendant’s house, as set forth in paragraph (1), by dilution them into water, and by setting injections into his/her fore-mail with a single-use injection device.

B. At around 15:00 on May 31, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones purchased at the Defendant’s home, as set forth in paragraph (1), by dilution them into water, and by setting injections into one’s forth-use divers, using a single-use injection device.

3. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant possessed a philophone in a way that keeps a philophone in which approximately 0.03 g of divers containing approximately 36 ml of divers containing approximately 0.03 g of philophones purchased at the Defendant’s home, as set forth in paragraph (1).
