A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was not a person handling psychotropic drugs, the Defendant handled the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) as follows:

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. At around 23:00 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant issued D KRW 400,000 to D at a hotel room in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and received a disposable injection containing approximately 0.4g gramphones.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to sell philophones.

B. At around 19:00 on July 5, 2019, the Defendant issued KRW 500,000 to D from the hotel F of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and received a single-use injection containing approximately 0.4g opon.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to sell philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 23:00 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant had No. 1-A at the above C hotel non-permanent accommodation.

Pursuant to the description of the port, approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased, were administered in such a way as to put about approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use divers and dilution into their arms.

B. At around 13:00 on July 5, 2019, the Defendant from No. 1-A to the above E hotel F.

Pursuant to the description of the port, approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased, were administered in such a way as to put about approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use divers and dilution into their arms.

C. At around 19:30 on July 5, 2019, the Defendant from No. 1-B to the above E hotel F.

Pursuant to paragraph (d), approximately 0.02 g of philophones purchased as described in the paragraph were administered by inserting them in a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-biologicals, and laying them into their arms and d.

Pursuant to the description of the port, approximately 0.02g of philophones purchased, were administered in a way that they put about approximately 0.02g in a single-use injection machine and dilution with bio-biologicals and put in injection in their arms.

The Defendant from September 12, 2019 to September 22:40 of 2019, “2019 Highest 8359”, the Defendant was the victim H of the G building at Jeju and the victim B of the interested parties.
