1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 17,409,951 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from October 5, 2006 to December 28, 2017.

Facts of recognition

B B B B,159 (the land category was changed to “miscellaneous land” on April 10, 1978; hereinafter “B”) was an assessment under C’s name according to the Land Survey Ordinance enforced during the Japanese occupation period.

6. The cadastral record was restored on May 31, 1966 due to the destruction of the incident on 25.25. The cadastral record was restored on May 31, 196. Not only the land cadastre of the land B but also the land cadastre of the 2,099 square meters (6,939 square meters), E road 60 square meters (hereinafter “D land” and “F land” in the order of order.

In the former land cadastre of B at the time of the above cadastral restoration, it is written that the ownership is maintained as it is by the restoration from the name of the assessment title C as at the time of the circumstance. Unlike this, the land category and the land cadastre of D was “former 2,099 square meters (after that, the land category was changed to the miscellaneous land on April 10, 1978),” and the first owner was C, the assessment title, and the ownership was transferred to G, the name of the assessment title, and the ownership was restored to November 9, 198 ( November 9, 1943).

On the old land cadastre of E, the land category and land cadastre were “60 square meters (road 198 square meters)”, and on November 16, 194 ( November 16, 1925), the ownership was transferred in the name of Geum River Electric Co., Ltd., Ltd., and the ownership was restored to the land cadastre around November 27, 197 ( November 27, 1942).

B In order to preserve a claim for ownership transfer registration on the ground of sale on December 10, 1975, H filed an application for registration of ownership transfer in the name of the person responsible for registration on behalf of the person responsible for registration on the ground of sale on December 10, 1975, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of H on the same day.
