1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall own shares of 1/5 of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 6 and list in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a clan consisting of descendants who jointly set up the N, 14 years of age of LC, who are 14 years of age, and the Defendants and the Defendant F (hereinafter “Defendant F”), and the designated parties are the members of the Plaintiff.
B. According to each entry in the register, closed register, forestry register, and old forestry register of the real estate listed in the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter “real estate No. 1”), the real estate No. 1 of this case was circumstances in the future of the country in 1918 (seven years in 1918), and the ownership was transferred to P after the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of Defendant B in 1929 (four years in 1929), the ownership was transferred to P after the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of O in 1931, and the ownership was transferred to Q, Q, and R2 on September 23, 1971.
On the other hand, each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 and 5 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”; and “the instant real estate No. 5”) was subdivided from the instant real estate No. 1 on February 9, 2011.
C. According to each entry in the register, closed register, forest land register, and old forest land register of each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2 and 3 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), the ownership of the instant real estate Nos. 2 and 3 was transferred to the State in 1918 (Seoul 7 years), and the ownership was transferred to theO in 1929 (fire 4 years), and the ownership was transferred to the Plaintiff (the representative Q), after the registration of ownership was completed in the name of O in 1941 (fire 16 years), and the ownership was transferred to the Plaintiff (the representative Q) on July 16, 1970.

According to the registry of the real estate listed in the list 6 (hereinafter “instant 6 real estate”), each entry into the registry and land cadastre of the real estate listed in the list 6 (hereinafter “instant 6 real estate”), the instant 6 real estate was circumstances in the future of the country in 1915 (former 4 years), and ownership was transferred to O, W, and X in 1932 (Fire 7 years), and ownership was transferred on September 22, 1971.
