A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the conditions that the defendant is unable to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, etc.:

1. On March 18, 2015, on March 18, 2015, the Defendant reported to the Busan Regional Police Agency 112 Report Center as a public telephone on the first floor of the Busan Regional Police Agency, which was located in the first floor of the Busan Regional Police Agency, on March 18, 2015, on the following grounds: six police officers in the Busan Regional Police Station, nine police officers in the Busan Regional Police Station and nine police officers in the Busan Regional Police Station, three external criminal police officers, three police officers in the situation room, five police officers in the scientific investigation team, and other police units in Seoul Central Police Station.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the dispatch of report and the handling of case by fraudulent means.

2. The crime on March 19, 2015;

A. On March 19, 2015, the Defendant made a false report to the Busan Regional Police Agency 112 Report Center as a public telephone located in front of Busan Local Police Agency C on March 11:17, 2015, stating that “A person who reported the thickness is essential....... the person who reported the thickness is required......” The Defendant sent 14 people, including seven police officers in the Busan Regional Police Agency, five criminal and police officers, and two scientific investigation teams.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the dispatch of report and the handling of case by fraudulent means.

B. On March 19, 2015, around 12:46, the Defendant made a false report to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency 112 reporting center, a public telephone located in the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency 112 line 3 Taedon subway Station, Gangseo-gu, 294, Busan Metropolitan City, on the following grounds: (a) on March 19, 2015, the Defendant made a false report to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency 112 reporting center; (b) on the Hong Kong, there is an attack related to Cheongdondo; and (c) on the other hand, there is a lack of safety proof; and (d) on the other hand, there is a need to solve and report the fact that there is a need for a false report.”
