Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 9092"
1. On November 3, 2019, at around 17:51, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of an unreshed Category C truck on the roads in front of the Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) opened a chief receipt book; and (c) stolen cash amounting to KRW 105,000 owned by the victim D; (d) cash amounting to KRW 105,00; (e) cash amounting to KRW 105,000; (e) credit card 1; and (e) tobacco amounting to KRW
In addition, from that time until December 1, 2019 to December 20:00, the Defendant stolen goods worth KRW 2,611,500 on five occasions from a passenger car not corrected as described in the attached list of crimes under the above several laws.
2. On November 3, 2019, the Defendant attempted to purchase goods equivalent to KRW 5,900 of the market price at the G convenience point of the victim F’s operation in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, in the amount of KRW 12,020 of the market price, such as the Han-gu 1,600, and the small-scale 1 disease in the market price. The Defendant attempted to settle the price and receive goods by presenting the stolen credit card to an employee as stated in paragraph (1) as if the Defendant was the card owned by the Defendant, but the credit card was suspended due to the theft report, and was attempted to do so.
3. Around 09:00 on November 9, 2019, the Defendant, using computers, etc., stolen Samsung mobile phones owned by the victim I on the roads of the Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and settled KRW 588,300 by entering the payment approval number transmitted using information, such as the victim’s telephone number, in an attempt to make a small settlement of cultural products after paying cultural products using the aforementioned mobile phones, and entering the same unlawfully without authority.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by inputting information without authority into the data processing device such as computer, etc.
4. On December 1, 2019, the Defendant was named as the Defendant’s name in a Buddhist land of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government on December 20, 201.
