A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of obstructing the exercise of rights at the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on September 20, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence.

"2019 Highest 4359"

1. Larceny;

A. On March 4, 2019, around 09:08 on March 4, 2019, the Defendant stolen a theft with one of the main body of a computer equivalent to KRW 1.2 million at the market price owned by the victim C, operated by the victim C in the second floor in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

B. On March 20, 2019, around 11:50 on March 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-Road that was parked by the victim F; and (b) cut off with KRW 30,00,00 in a gallon, the victim’s market value on the gallon, which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,000, the victim’s market value on the gallon; and (c) stolen 30,000 won in cash.

2. On March 20, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased the “J convenience store” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I; (b) 3,600 won of sandd position; and (c) 1-B of franite oil.

As stated in the attached list of crimes, from the time to the 12:27 of the same day, all of the H association purchased goods equivalent to KRW 687,100 in total on three occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and made payment by using the above H association's physical card.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the stolen property equivalent to 687,100 won, and used the stolen cream card.

3. On March 20, 2019, the Defendant violated the Computer, etc. Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 12:15, 2,000 won of the prepaid fee for the PC from unmanned electric shock installed at the “L” bank located underground floor in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K on the first floor.

As stated in paragraph (1), it was settled with a stolen H Association's physical card.

Accordingly, the defendant inputs information without authority to a computer or any other information processing device to process information.
