[criminal history] Defendant B was sentenced to six months of perjury by the Changwon District Court on November 1, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on May 30, 2014.

A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Busan District Court on September 23, 1987, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Ulsan District Court on August 6, 1989, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Changwon District Court on September 6, 191.

B On December 24, 1979, he was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor or 2 years of suspended sentence for larceny at the Busan District Court; on May 23, 1980, he was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; on August 26, 1982, he was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the same court; on April 24, 1984, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the same court; on July 29, 1987, on February 22, 1989, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on August 30, 1991, he was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the same court and was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor for 19 years and 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny (the same Act).

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed on August 3, 2015 led to the victim E in front of the house of Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, and 3th century.
