Punishment of the crime

[M] The defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on October 11, 1973; on May 1, 1974, the defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; on March 19, 1975, the same court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor; on July 12, 1977, he was sentenced to one year and six months at the Seoul Central District Court for larceny; on September 11, 1979, the defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court for habitual larceny; on March 20, 1982, he was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and ten years of protection and custody; on June 8, 190, he was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on July 12, 197; on March 26, 190, he was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for larceny (Seoul High Court).

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 16, 2017, at around 04:20 on May 16, 2017, the Defendant confirmed that there is no concern about the surrounding area on the D’s street located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and then took away herb materials, such as 2,00,000,000 won in total of the market price owned by the victim in the said car, and fladrhsing away from the top of the victim E ( South, 30 years old) who parked there.

In this way, I stolen it in a way that they were stolen.

2. On June 19, 2017, at around 05:03, the Defendant confirmed that there is no concern about the surrounding area in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant opened the back of the freezing tower of the victim G ( South, 45 years old) parked therein, and the sum of the market prices owned by the victim is equivalent to KRW 115,016.
