1. 2014. 9. 11. 12:00경 업무방해 피고인은 2014. 9. 11. 12:00경 밀양시 C에 있는 피해자 D가 운영하는 식당에서, 피해자가 피고인에게 술을 팔 것을 거부하자 피해자에게 “씨발 술을 안 팔면서 좆빤다고 식당 문을 열어 놨나.”라고 욕설을 하고 위 식당 앞에 앉아 있는 방법으로 술에 취한 피고인이 행패를 부릴 것을 두려워한 위 피해자가 위 식당 문을 닫고 그곳을 떠나게 하여, 위력으로 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
2. On September 11, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on September 21, 2014, 2014, abused the Defendant: (a) reported that the Victim F is drinking with G and drinking with G; (b) provided the said victim’s bath to the effect that he/she does drinking with the same during the pertinent period; (c) he/she does not look at the said restaurant table on his/her hand; and (d) took the victim’s face part once in the victim’s face; and (d) took the victim’s drinking with G and drinking with G; and (e) took the victim’s bath to the effect that he/she does not look at the victim’s drinking part twice.

On September 12, 2014, the Defendant interfered with business affairs on September 12, 2014, at around 12:00 on September 12, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by closing the doors of the said restaurant and leaving the relevant restaurant in the manner described in paragraph 1.
4. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant sustained injury on September 21, 2014, at around 21:00, at the I teahouse located in Syang-si H on September 12, 2014, the Defendant expressed to the victim F the victim’s desire to “the victim’s face”, “the victim’s face is sing off one time by hand, the victim’s knife two times, and the victim suffered injury, such as salt in the part of the left head part, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.”
5. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant of intimidation around September 21, 2014: (a) around September 21, 2014; (b) around September 21, 2014; and (c) around September 30, 2014, the Victim J has the right to share the same food with the Defendant.
