A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 24, 2009.

1. Interference with business;

A. On January 1, 2012, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim D, who is the owner of the above restaurant in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to provide alcohol; (b) however, the Defendant refused the Defendant’s refusal to provide alcohol to the victim, and (c) the Defendant, who was aware that there was a habiting wall for drinking and drinking. The Defendant followed the Defendant’s refusal to do so by the large voice called “PPPP.” and returned to the Defendant a restaurant, and (d) approximately 15 minutes obstructed the victim’s restaurant business, such as gathering the small liquor on which the customer was drinking, while drinking alcohol at that place.

B. On February 15, 2012, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) 15:00, in the instant “C” restaurant; and (b) on the ground that the said victim refused to provide alcohol and boomed, the Defendant: (c) 20 minutes of the victim’s restaurant business, such as: (d) the Defendant singing the victim the victim with the large voice of “Chewing dynasium; and (d) the customer, who provided meals at that place, was able to make the fry and boomed, interfered with the victim’s restaurant business.

다. 피고인은 2012. 2. 초순 17:00경 위 ‘C’ 중화요리 식당 앞에서, 위 식당 종업원이 자신을 쳐다보았다는 이유로, “야 씹할놈아 뭘봐, 이 씹새끼야 칠려면 쳐봐”라고 욕을 하며 행패를 부려 식사를 하고 있던 손님들을 나가게 하는 등 약 15분가량 위 피해자의 식당 영업을 방해 하였다. 라.

around 12:30 at the end of June 2012, the Defendant: (a) 12:30, around the day of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the reason that F, an employee of the above restaurant, provided kimchi to another customer by reducing kimchi from the kimchi Port on Defendant’s table; (b) brought the kimchi without permission by doing so; (c) francing the kimchi without permission; and (d) francing the disturbance with the large sound “this grancing year; and (c) taking a meal at the above restaurant.”
