1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A received brain surgery at the Acheon Central Road Hospital annexed to the Acheon Medical University operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); and Plaintiff D’s spouse, Plaintiff B, and C are the Plaintiff’s own consciousness.
