1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 361,647,291 for Plaintiff A and its related thereto, 5% per annum from December 15, 2017 to February 17, 2021.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Defendant is a doctor who operates a mutual hospital called “H hospital” (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”) in the Cheongju-si Gu Gu G.
2) As a fire-fighting officer (local fire-fighting officer), the Plaintiff A was performing a beer surgery that was not performed by the Defendant at the Defendant Hospital, and the Plaintiff B was the wife of the Plaintiff A, the Plaintiff C, D, and E’s children.
B. On December 15, 2017, Plaintiff A: (a) was diagnosed by the Defendant as having knee and knee and bridge to the left-hand side; (b) was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital at around 14:00 to undergo an operation on the same day upon the Defendant’s recommendation; and (c) was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital at around 14:0 to undergo an operation on the same day; and (d) was subject to the Defendant’s early test.
2) On the same day, at around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) deemed that there was no special factor as a result of the inspection, and around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant performed high-level sprinkling and blood hexeculing that the Plaintiff did not have the left side of verte anesthesia; (b) performed high-level sprinking with large amounts of blood transfusions at around 16:00; (c) provided the Plaintiff with an oxygen symptoms difficult to breath around 20:0; and (d) performed an operation to check the large spuleculing (hereinafter “the instant operation”).
