Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The party-related 1) The Defendant is the Daejeon Atol University Hospital located in Daejeon-ro, Daejeon-ro (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
(2) The deceased’s children are the deceased’s children. 2) The deceased’s hospital (hereinafter “the deceased”) was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital and did not recover his consciousness. The deceased’s children are the deceased.

5 The deceased came to be in congested at around 18:30 on the same day, and the medical personnel have been in an emergency for the deceased at around 18:45 on the same day.
