A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant jointly committed with C, D, and E employed C, D, and E as an employee, while operating “GPC bank” on the first floor of the building located in Sungnam-si F from February 25, 2009 to March 19, 2009.

The Defendant, in collusion with the above C, D, and E, set up 34 computers on the above PC for the above period, provided them with ‘H’, which is a game product rated, to many unspecified customers, used automatic progress program while making them use of a game program, input a coophone in cash to enter the game points equivalent to the amount, and made them run by using game products different from the contents of the rating, and deposited the remainder after deducting 5% from the rating obtained in cash as a commission fee, into the account designated by the customers in cash. In such a manner, the Defendant provided the game products rated and other game products for use by the game products, exchanged the scores obtained through the use of the game products, and caused them to perform speculative acts.

2. The Defendant is operating an illegal game site as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, with I, D, J, and K.

Despite the crackdown, from May 14, 2009 to May 19, 2009, I operated “GPC bank” at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, and employed B as the head of B, D, J, and K as each employee.

The defendant, in collusion with the above I, D, J, and K, set up 34 computers in the above PC for the above period, and deposited the remainder after deducting 10% from the points acquired after providing them to many unspecified customers and allowing them to play a game using the game using the game, into the account designated by the customers in cash, in collusion with the above I, D, J, and K, with the points obtained through the use of the game.
