Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner who operated DPC bank located in Sacc.

No one shall provide game products not classified by the Game Rating Board for distribution or use, or exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the intangible results obtained from the use of the game products for business purposes.

From early June 16, 2011 to August 18:00, 201, the Defendant provided the said game work to many unspecified customers, such as providing eight computers on the said PC, and sent money to the customer support center for the head office of the online “Vec Game” without being rated, and received and kept the points equivalent to the said money as the PC manager page. In receipt of money from customers, the Defendant, who arbitrarily created the said money, sent the ID and password to the ice manager and password, and charged the corresponding points to the ice to the customer to use, and then charged the same points to the customer. The Defendant directly kept the points to the manager of the PC in receipt of a request to resell the points 10.7% from the points acquired by the winners using the “Vec Game”.

As a result, the defendant provided game products not classified for use, exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products, and operated speculative acts by using speculative gaming machines.
