1. Basic facts

A. In the case of shareholder representative lawsuits filed by the Defendant against K, L, M, N,O and Plaintiff D, E, F, G, H, H, and I, Daejeon District Court Red support 2010Kahap1088, the said court rendered a judgment with the declaration of provisional execution (hereinafter “the judgment of the court of first instance”) on August 25, 201, that “L, K, D, E, F, G, H, H, and I pay the following amount to Chungcheong high-speed” (hereinafter “the court of first instance”)

(F) 1. 1. 1., to Chungcheong high-speed, the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s indication in the instant case are omitted; hereinafter the same shall apply):

A. L: 619,712,757 won and 20,000,000 won among them; 54,519,342 won from March 20, 2009; 545,193,415 won from June 1, 2009 to August 25, 201; and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment;

B. K and Plaintiff D shall pay 309,856,378 out of the amount described in paragraph (a) jointly and severally with L and 10,000,000 won among them, from December 29, 2008; 27,259,671 won from March 20, 2009; 272,596,707 won from June 1, 2009 to August 25, 2011; and 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment;

C. The amount of KRW 154,928,189 out of the amount described in paragraph (a) jointly and severally with L, K, and Plaintiff D and KRW 5,00,00 among them shall be the amount calculated by applying the respective ratio of KRW 154,928,189 to KRW 13,629,835 from March 2009, KRW 13,629, KRW 136,298, and KRW 354 from June 1, 2009 to August 25, 2011, and KRW 20% from the next day to the date of full payment;

D. As to KRW 121,93,670 and KRW 11,090,333 of the amount stated in paragraph (a) jointly with Plaintiff L, K, and Plaintiff D, Plaintiff F shall be 5% per annum from March 20, 2009 to August 25, 201, and 20% per annum from June 1, 2009 to August 25, 201, respectively, with Plaintiff E in proportion to KRW 110,903,337.
