The Defendants jointly and severally against the Plaintiff KRW 201,291,99 and KRW 170,778,175 among them shall be jointly and severally against the Plaintiff from March 19, 2009 to September 2, 2009.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. Facts of recognition 1) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants and seven others, including the Defendant’s Jinwon District Court Jinwon Branch 2009Gahap1583, the claim for reimbursement amount, etc. The said court rendered a favorable judgment of the Plaintiff, which included the following order (hereinafter “the judgment of the lower court”).

B. The above judgment became final and conclusive on May 14, 2010.

1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A, B, and C jointly and severally pay 197,967,075 won and 197,029,506 won among the above amounts, 15% per annum from March 19, 2009 to September 2, 2009, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment;

(b) The above amount shall be paid from 1.0 to 2.0, 1.00, 200, and 24,000, out of the above amount, from 2.0.0% per annum for Defendant A, B, and C, 1.0 to 1.0, 200, 200, 32,000, 24,000 won per annum for 20.0 to 1.0,000, 20.6% per annum for Defendant D, 6.0 to 2.0, 3.0,000, 20.6% per annum for 20.0, 200, 9.6% per annum for Defendant E, 205, 200, 9.6% per annum for 20,000,000, and 205.6% per annum for 20,000,000 won per annum for each of the above amounts.
