1. The plaintiff's main claim is dismissed.
2. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 15,034,570 and KRW 9,779,280 among them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) The Defendant is affiliated with B University, and B University was established by combining C University and D University around July 1996.
(2) A public official in the technical service alone employed a staff member in the field of security service separately due to lack of security service personnel. On April 1, 1995, the Plaintiff was appointed as a security guard of Class 5 (Class 2 changed later) of CU on April 1, 1995, and served as a night guard for 16 years and 9 months from December 31, 201, and retired from office.
(B) At the time of retirement, he was paid the salary of grade 8 15.
(1) B University, such as the Plaintiff’s form of work, has employed a staff member of the technical officer in charge of the weekly night security service, and has been in charge of the weekly night security service with a public official in technical service.
The plaintiff was ordinarily employed as a security-based job and worked for two days, and worked for 18:00 to 08:00 the next day on the working day, and worked for one month from 18:00 to 18:00 the next day on the 1:3rd day on the 1 month on the 1:0 to 18:00.

C. The wage system for security guards, including the Plaintiff, etc. (1) Matters pertaining to appointment, personnel records, remuneration, salary, promotion of salary, service, disciplinary action, etc., which are not specified in the Regulations on Personnel of the Press Team since the appointment as a staff member of the Press Team.
