1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The defendant is a party in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dasan Medical Center (hereinafter “the instant hospital”).

2) The deceased acquired the qualification of a nurse around May 1998, and worked at several clinics from February 1999.

From June 24, 2009, the Deceased worked as an assistant nurse at the instant hospital.
