1. The construction of Defendant Copip Co., Ltd. and Seohee Construction Co., Ltd. shall be jointly and severally conducted against Plaintiff A in KRW 32,117,905 and Plaintiff B.

The plaintiffs are owners (Plaintiff A3/7 shares, Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff C 2/7 shares) of the third floor building located in Suwon-gu Busan (hereinafter "the building in this case") and Defendant Copip Copip Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Copip") is the contractor who has obtained approval to implement the project for the new construction of the 20th floor main complex building located in Suwon-gu Busan (hereinafter "the building in this case") adjacent to the building in this case and the construction of the 20th floor main complex building located in Suwon-gu, Busan (hereinafter "the building in this case") (hereinafter "the construction in this case"), and Defendant Korea Korea Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Korea Trust") is the consignee who was entrusted with the real estate in this case from Pcocvip, and Defendant Scar Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Scar Construction") is the contractor of the real estate in this case.

2. The parties' assertion

A. While the Defendants asserted that the instant construction was carried out by selecting a safe construction method to prevent damage to the instant building by taking into account surrounding geological features and environment during the process of carrying out the instant construction project, the said construction works were forcibly carried out without taking measures, such as strengthening the ground, and there was a defect such as rupture and rupture.

The Defendant is liable to compensate the Plaintiffs for damages equivalent to the cost of restoring the building and repairing its defects.

B. The Defendants asserted 1, before commencing the instant construction, shall conduct a preliminary investigation on the heat, etc. of the instant building and the ground investigation on the instant construction site and its surrounding areas, and thereafter, in order to ensure the safety of the wall, land with C. I.I.P. Basaw hyp in the form of C.I.P. and build a steel frame at regular intervals. After inserting steel bars that have been assembled after the ceiling, concrete shall be burned up to the site, and a construction method shall be established to form soil walls by continuously executing the construction work.
