1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 148,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 30, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff, on August 29, 2016, lent KRW 20,000 to the Defendant, as well as leased KRW 148,00,000,00 in total on five occasions from that time to September 13, 2016, as listed in the following table, may be recognized by taking into account the following facts: (a) there is no dispute between the parties; or (b) evidence Nos. 1 through 3, 2, and 3; or (c) the purport of the entire pleadings.

C According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of KRW 148,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 30, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is clear that it is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the plaintiff after the due date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
