1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff lent KRW 200,000 to the defendant on February 6, 2017, and as to KRW 100,000,000, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the repayment period was set on March 15, 2017.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from March 29, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is clear that the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the plaintiff, as the above KRW 100 million which has already become due and the above payment date has already become due to the plaintiff.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
