1. The defendant shall pay 5,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

According to the statement in Gap 1-5, the plaintiff is recognized to have lent 50 million won to the defendant on November 12, 2009, and until November 30, 2014, and the interest rate is set as a bank unsecured loan interest rate, respectively.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the above loan amounting to 55 million won and the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from April 14, 2016 to the date of full payment as requested by the plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
