Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of B Bbeea vehicle.

No one shall detached a registration number plate and its seal, except in cases where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts.

Nevertheless, around August 2020, the defendant removed the front registration number plate of the above vehicle from the place of the office of the defendant in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju as his hand.
