Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A Mayor/Do Governor shall attach an automobile registration number plate and seal it, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the attached registration number plate and seal shall not be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions

Nevertheless, the Defendant was aware that the registration number plate is removed at the Gu office or police station due to speed violations, etc., and when parked in the vicinity of his/her residence from August 16, 2018 to August 21, 2018, the registration number plate was removed in front by fixing it as his/her hand.
