1. The share of 12/13,041, each of the 1,577 square meters and E 2,268 square meters, in the lusium D in Sung-si, shall have the share of 12/1,782 in the Plaintiff B and each of the 12/1,782.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The land research division includes “G and other three persons,” and the co-owners are written as “G, H, I, and J”, the land research division of the E 2,268 square meters (hereinafter “E”) and F 55 square meters (hereinafter “F land”).
B. F land was subdivided into 508 square meters in K, 35 square meters in L, 35 square meters in L, and 12 square meters in M, and K and M were replaced with D 1,577 square meters in farmland improvement projects (hereinafter “D land”). The land substitution plan was approved on November 3, 1976. The land substitution plan formulated at the time of the plan was included in 508 square meters in K and M 12 square meters in N, P, P, Q, R, L, T, U, and V as owners of N, P, Q, P, 16 square meters in the name of Gyeonggi-do as of June 2, 2016.
C. As to land E, the transfer of ownership is registered in the name of “N and nine persons” on January 24, 1930, and the first holder does not appear.
The old land cadastre list for E-land is written by N,O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, and V as co-owners.
The registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 24, 1930 with respect to the above land on the closed register of E land, on the same day as W (G died on October 9, 1919 and succeeded to Australia), H, I, and X sharing. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the same day.
E. There is no land cadastre for F land which is the land before subdivision, and after subdivision, the old land cadastre for K and M is indicated as the completion of the ownership transfer registration in the name of N, nine other (N,O, P, Q, R, Q, S, T, U, and V). The first owner does not appear.
F. According to the closed copy of the register on F land, registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 8, 1930 with respect to the above land owned by W, H, I, and X on January 8, 1930, and the ownership transfer registration was completed on January 24, 1930.
