1. The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s ownership of each of 8/180 shares of C 2,268 square meters and D 1,577 square meters, and each of 20/378 shares is 20/378 square meters.
Reasons
1. The following facts are acknowledged in full view of evidence Nos. 1 to 26 and the purport of the entire pleadings.
A. In light of the circumstances of the land, C 686 square meters (former 2,268 square meters; hereinafter “C”) and E 555 square meters (hereinafter “E land”) are written in the Land Survey Division as follows: “F, G, H, and I” were written in the Land Survey Division.
B. On January 24, 1930, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of J, G, H, and K on the closed register. On January 24, 1930, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of “J, G, H, and K”, and on January 24, 1930, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of “J, H, and K” as of January 8, 1930.
C. On August 15, 1961, land E and land substitution E were divided into 508 square meters (hereinafter “M land”), N35 square meters, and O 12 square meters (hereinafter “O land”) on the date before the date on which the land was not entered into on August 15, 1961. However, M land and O land were replaced by 477 square meters (former 1,577 square meters, hereinafter “D land”).

1) The former land cadastre 1) does not state the first owner in the former land cadastre (the first land cadastre was destroyed and restored on August 15, 1961) and only state that ownership has been transferred to “L and nine other persons” on January 24, 1930, and the joint delay list contains nine “L, P, Q, R, S, T, U,V, and W. 2) land cadastre E does not exist.
3) The former land cadastre (the first land cadastre was destroyed and restored on August 15, 1961) of M andO land was not indicated as the first owner as well as the land C, and the first owner was not indicated as the transfer of ownership on January 24, 1930 to 9, and the joint delay list includes 9 “L, P, Q, R, S, T, U,V, and W”.
E. The register of land C and D with the closing of the register is destroyed or lost by the common seal list.
