1. It is confirmed that 54/100 of the 1,577 square meters of paddy field B and C paddy field 2,268 square meters, each, is owned by the Plaintiff.

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The land research division in Masung-si, C 2268 square meters (hereinafter “C land”) and the said D 55 square meters (hereinafter “D land”) are all indicated in the land research division as “E, F, G, and H”. The co-owners column are written as “E, F, G, and H”.
Of the above co-owners, E died on October 9, 1919 and I succeeded to Australia.
B. According to the closed copy of the register, registration of ownership transfer was completed as of January 8, 1930 for the above D land, ② as of January 24, 1930 for the above C land, and ③ as of January 24, 1930 for each of the above land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 24, 1930 for each of the above land.
However, the list of co-owners does not remain separately.
C. The aforementioned D land was partitioned into 508 square meters, M 35 square meters, and N 12 square meters on the date immediately preceding August 15, 1961. Since 1974, L and N land was replaced by B 157 square meters (hereinafter “B land”) due to farmland improvement projects, and registration of preservation of ownership was completed on June 2, 2016 for M 116 square meters on M road.
Official cadastral records concerning each of the above lands were all lost at the time of Korean War, and land cadastre was arbitrarily restored as of August 15, 1961 (short-term 4294).
E. The land cadastre of the restored C does not appear the first owner, and only the “transfer of ownership” is indicated in the name of “K and nine other” on January 24, 1930, and only nine names, including K,O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, and V, are indicated in the annual list of co-owners.
(B) The land cadastre written in relation to the land in C is written in the owner column, and the co-owner’s list is not attached. The co-owner’s list is not attached. In addition, the land cadastre written in relation to the land in C is written only in the owner column, but also in the co-owner list.
G. As seen earlier, D land, which is the land before subdivision, is due to land division before August 15, 1961.
