A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated CK3 automobiles without mandatory insurance at approximately seven km sections from the front day of the KHHP shop to the Central Teachers’ Limit of approximately 252 km from the front day of the KWP shop to the same city-China 252.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a car in CK3 without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph 1 as above.

3. On April 15, 2016, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Registration of Residents, committed a violation of the Act on the Registration of Residents, by entering the name, resident registration number, and address of the Defendant’s dynamic in the process of preparing a “motor vehicle operation statement” at the office of the transportation investigation team office of the Dong-cheon Police Station in Gyeonggi-do, the Gyeonggi-do Police Station, where there was a movement in Gyeonggi-do, by a non-insurance vehicle, and written the said statement with D’s signature in the signature column of signature, and submitted it to E police officers who are not aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged another person's signature to exercise his/her right, and used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
