A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 30, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving of a Drocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 37 km from the water station to the road in front of the inspection station located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the south of the Gangwon-do Gangwon-do, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun.

2. The Defendant, while driving the said rocketing car at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, was subject to regulation by a designated number of pages from E in the circumstances belonging to the Hongcheon Police Station C inspector, the Defendant forged F’s signature for the purpose of uttering by entering the statement, the request for transfer of the case, the statement of attendance, and the name of F in the column, which is a statement of the promise to be present, and delivering it to E without knowledge of the fact.

3. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the Defendant operated a DNA motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the date and time and place set forth in paragraph 1.

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Act of the Commercial Competition;

1. Selection of each sentence of imprisonment with prison labor (the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act and the crime of violating the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation);

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
