Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On October 14, 2016, the Defendant was released on February 28, 201, when he was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, and two years of suspended sentence on June 21, 2010 after being sentenced to the said suspended sentence. On March 4, 2015, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 14, 2016. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Seoul East District Court for larceny, etc., and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the case of North Korean Branch of the Seoul Southern District Court on February 13, 2018.
[Criminal facts]
1. From around 03:00 on March 5, 2018 to around 03:04, the Defendant stolen the said vehicle’s driver’s seat of the victim C, which was parked in the 24th parking lot of the Plaintiff Hasan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Yan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with a large amount of 1,000 won, by inserting one day of a cover of 10cm in length into the key of the said vehicle’s seat, and inserting a string of a cover of 10cm in length into the key of the said vehicle’s seat, and cutting off the vehicle with a large amount of 1,00 won owned by the victim in the 1,00 won.
2. From around 03:00 on March 5, 2018 to around 03:04, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim E’s f bargaining vehicle parked in the victim E’s parking lot of 24 (high-dong, Simn-gu, Plaintiff Hasan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with a large amount of 1,00 won per each victim’s possession of the said vehicle, by opening a driver’s seat and entering the said vehicle into the vehicle in the same manner as paragraph (1).
3. On March 5, 2018, the Defendant attempted to steals money and valuables, such as opening a driver’s seat door of the said vehicle and examining the car gbbbs stuff in the vehicle, which was parked in the H street parking lot in Ansan-si, Ansan-si around 03:10 on March 5, 2018. However, the Defendant failed to discover money and valuables.
