A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On April 15, 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant discovered the volume of body car in F, parked by the victim E, opened a door-to-door door in the vehicle, and stolen it with five 10,000 won of the market price owned by the victim at the top of the front line of the vehicle, and with five 10,000 won of the front line of the vehicle.
B. On April 15, 2016, at around 20:10, the Defendant: (a) entered the Hlveing Chapter G located in the Southern Jin-gun, Jin-gun, by pretending to be customers; and (b) cut off two mobile phones with the sum of KRW 1,100,000 of the market price of the victim I owned by the victim J, and the sum of KRW 700,000,000 of the market price of Samsung G Gin-gun, which is the sum of KRW 5,00,000, KRW 1,100,000.

On April 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered a mwitter truck parkeded by the victim L, and opened a driver’s seat in the vehicle and kept in custody at the far away from the vehicle; and (b) stolen this by holding 6,000 won (9, 100 won-based e.g., 50 won-based e., e., e., 15 won-based e., e., e., g., e., g., e., e., g., e., g., e.,
2. The Defendant who attempted larceny: (a) around 17:40 on April 18, 2016, at the above KM parking lot, the said one-C.
In such a manner as stated in Paragraph 1, 10,00 won of the victim N's N-owned market value inside the vehicle by opening a O car car driver's seat not corrected by the victim N-owned and opening a 1,50,000 won of the victim's N-owned market value, 3 points card (a bus for a member of Aba, E1, SK C) and one of the above 1-C.
The intention was not known to L of the port, and the intention was not achieved.
