A. On June 20, 1978, the father, Defendant C and D purchased forest E (hereinafter “forest E before division”) from Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “forest E before division”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 19, 1978, and jointly conducted projects to develop some forest land as housing site.

B. From 197 to 1998, the Plaintiff, as funds necessary for the above business, was to bear approximately KRW 28 million among the expenses to be borne by Defendant C. The above-mentioned remaining land was re-divided into several parcels, including the land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”). The detailed division details of the remaining land are as listed below. The land divided from the above-mentioned remaining land is referred to as “divided land,” and each piece of land is indicated only as the lot number for convenience).
