Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) committed an act of sexual intercourse with Defendant E (V, 17 years of age) and 100,000 won in consideration of the act of sexual intercourse with Defendant C, who was set up in a non-fluorial place at the beginning order 01:00,000.
