Reasons
Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who has been sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by the Gwangju District Court on September 14, 2018 due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Confidentiality, etc.).
A person subject to the registration of personal information shall submit a written change of personal information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days if there is any change in the personal information.
Nevertheless, on August 14, 2019, the Defendant moved his residence from the E EF to the unsound place. On August 18, 2019, the personal information was changed by terminating mobile phone G used on August 18, 2019, but the personal information was not submitted by 20 days.
