A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of a suspended sentence of three months for fraud in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 20, 2019.

[2019 Highest 1173] On January 28, 2019, the Defendant was engaged in Internet Game C in the HPC room located in Ansan-si Group G around 21:00 on January 28, 2019. The fact was false to the effect that, even if he was received from another person his own game items, he did not have the intent or ability to reduce his own game money.
