1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) KRW 158,133,769 and the annual rate from January 22, 2015 to May 20, 2016; and

(b) the facts of the basis;

A. On March 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on the construction project between the Plaintiff and the construction project for the installation of solar power generation facilities of 380V 97.02kW C, D materials development facilities of 380V 97.02kW, 380V 97.02kW, F materials development facilities of 380V 97.02kW G (including value added tax) at construction cost of 891,00,000 (including value added tax) and the main contents of the instant contract are as follows.

1. Construction name: Three solar power plants (97.02kW Grade *3 places);

3. Period for construction: From March 2014 to July 2014.

4. Details of facilities 4-1. Fix 4-4. Other construction works: The manufacture capacity of the power plant name, installation capacity, racker, racker, production capacity of power plant 97.02kW 2W 385wp 252 Kaco 33.3kW 34-2; the construction of structures, such as the manufacturing of seasonal transformation system (in the maritime volcanic type) structures, construction of structures, and racking construction, etc. according to design at the place of installation; the installation of electric structures; the installation of electric power systems (in the maritime volcanic type) shall be 4-3. Electric construction works: The racker construction, racker, earthing construction, power distribution team, power distribution team, water meter box, monitoring etc.; the installation of facilities 4-5. Rental work: the installation plan, supervision, application for rental, etc.; the installation of facilities by the Plaintiff; and the Safety Corporation shall perform the installation charges and supervision fees by the Defendant;

5. Contract amount: Total of 810,000,000 won (excluding value-added tax);

6. The land value shall be refunded on March 20, 201, 6-1. Down payment of KRW 150,000,000;

6-2. Payment after completion of the pre-use inspection (commercial development) by the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation of the balance of 6-3.50,000,000 won after obtaining a license for an intermediate payment of KRW 210,000,000, the period of performance guarantee (free repair) for repair of defects shall be three years from the date of completion of the pre-use inspection.

(1) Defect warranty rate:
