1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
. A received;
(A) No. 15-2.3) Plaintiff C (project owner) on March 19, 2014 to E for the installation of solar power plants at the “Ksolar power plant” located in the Jeonnam-gun G on March 19, 2014 (hereinafter “instant construction”).
A) A contract was entered into with the construction cost of KRW 300,00,000 (excluding construction costs and value-added tax) (A evidence 13-1), and on May 2, 2014, with permission for solar power plants (A evidence 15-3) for solar power plants, E’s construction contract 1) around March 2014, entered into a contract with L Co., Ltd.
