Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were people who illegally staying in the Republic of Korea as the Philippines, and they had the intent to forge and carry foreign registration certificates through the scheme for arranging the forgery of the Philippines so that they can live in the Republic of Korea to keep the crackdown on illegal aliens in the Republic of Korea.

1. On November 3, 2006, the Defendant requested the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate with a 3.80,000 won in return for consent after receiving a proposal from Sung-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “E”) to the effect that “B has forged one foreigner registration certificate, but the police control may also be avoided if it is only applicable, the police control may be possible, and it may be continuously conducted in Korea, and a width may also be created.” The Defendant also requested the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate with a c.80,00 won with a c.80,000 won with a c., stating his photograph and personal information, sent the Defendant’s photograph to F with a forged hub in the Philippines, and the above F requested the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate with the Defendant’s photograph, etc., and the above F made a copy of a foreigner registration certificate issued by the head of the Seoul Immigration Office (hereinafter “E”) with a photograph attached to the Republic of Korea.

2. Defendant B received a proposal from the above E to the same date, time, place as in the preceding paragraph, and to the effect that “B shall have one alien registration certificate, but the police control may also be avoided if only this is possible, and the width may also be created in Korea.” After consenting thereto, Defendant B requested the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate with a price of KRW 3.80,000,000, in consideration of the fact that he/she consented to it, and a mergs with a photograph and personal information written thereon, and requested the forgery of a foreigner registration certificate by sending the Defendant’s photograph, etc. to the Meker F, who is in the Korean Philippines.
