A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence1 through 17 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant recruited foreigners who need forged or falsified identification cards, etc. in China of the forgery of public documents and forged or falsified private documents, thereby producing an image file of his/her identification card, etc.; and the Defendant conspired to forge various documents, such as driver’s license, and alien registration certificate, by transmitting an image file from the above person’s poor name, and then making it possible for the Defendant to deliver the forged or falsified identification card.
