A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

around June 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:15, 2017, at the N theater 11, operated by the victim M&A L in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, carried out two fire extinguisherss, which are dangerous objects being kept in front of LVV ter, at the 11st floor of the N theater run by the victim M&A in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and broken the above fire extinguishers at the glass door on the stairs side of the stairs, and 1m in width and 2m in length.

In this respect, the fire extinguishers, which is dangerous to the defendant, is used.
