A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and Violation of Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), the Defendant is an owner of 49cc U. S. Bakikik, which has no license plate.

No person shall operate any Oral bane, which is not covered by mandatory insurance, on a road.

On November 20, 2016, the Defendant operated a bicycle with a motor device at around 01:25, and proceeded two lanes in front of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G along the two-lanes from the boundary of the Korean university at a foreign language university to the boundary of the two-lanes, and the lane was changed to the one-lane.

When a person engaged in the business of driving a motor device bicycle intends to change the bicycle, he/she shall not obstruct the running vehicle in the direction of the change.
