A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million by the Busan District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking). On July 16, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million by the same court.

6. The Defendant who violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act shall carry mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (5) as the owner of the above van.
